BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
I absolutely do not like bananas—but in muffin form? That’s a whole different story. These banana chocolate chip muffins were next level. Super soft, perfect crumb—just everything you want in a muffin chef’s kiss.

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 75 g brown sugar
- 30 g sugar
- 70 g butter,, melted
- 20 mL neutral oil
- 3 ripe bananas (≈345g), , mashed
- 210 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs, sugars in a large bowl.
- Add the cooled, melted butter and oil, then mix in mashed bananas.
- Stir in self-raising flour and baking powder mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups (fill about ¾ full).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
